Code of Conduct

For Visitors to the Rückl Glassworks and its Events (hereinafter referred to as the "Code")

Operator:
BMRC Group s.r.o., Company ID No.: 455 37 011, with its registered office at Pod dráhou 1638/7, Holešovice (Praha 7), 170 00 Praha, operating the Rückl Glassworks at Lánská 141, 267 05 Nižbor (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") 

Visitor:            
A person visiting an Event or the Premises (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor")

Event:             
A guided tour, workshop, public Event, or any Event organised by the Operator for the Visitors of the Premises (hereinafter referred to as the "Event")

Premises:
Indoor and outdoor spaces of the Operator at Lánská 141, 267 05 Nižbor (hereinafter referred to as the "Premises")

This Code of Conduct for Visitors determines the basic binding rules of behaviour for all visitors to the Operator's Premises. The purpose of this Code is to secure the protection and safety of health and property and ensure the security of property and know-how within the Operator's Premises. By entering the Premises, every Visitor acknowledges that they are obliged to comply with all conditions and rules stipulated in this Code and undertakes to comply with them. 

1. Visitors entering the Event shall pay the entrance fee to the charged areas at the ticket office according to the current price list. Visitors shall keep the ticket - receipt of payment until they leave the Premises. Visitors are obliged to present the ticket at any time at the request of the Operator or the Operator's authorised persons. Tickets are not issued at Events where no admission fee is charged. 

2. Visitors are obliged to obey the instructions of the Operator's staff issued in connection with the protection of products in the production process, the safety of Visitors and the protection of the Operator's Premises. Failure to obey may result in the Visitor being ejected from the Premises without entitlement to a refund of admission fees. Visitors shall respect and comply with the Operator's safety and organisational rules and instructions.

3. Every Visitor is obliged to behave in such a way that their behaviour does not endanger the safety of other persons and their property and does not cause damage to the property within the Premises during the Event; they are also obliged to behave in such a way that their behaviour does not restrict or annoy other individuals beyond the level appropriate to the circumstances of the ongoing Event. 

4. The Operator reserves the right, without entitlement to a refund of the admission fee, to refuse entry or eject any person whose actions are in violation of the law, this Code, or other regulations of the Operator governing the operation of the Event, as well as any person who harasses other Visitors, creates disturbances or destroys property. 

5. The Operator declares that the admission fee for the Event does not include insurance coverage for the Visitor during the Event.

6. All Visitors enter and stay in the Premises at their own risk. The Operator or the Operator's authorised persons shall not be liable for any injuries or accidents caused by the Visitor's carelessness, neglect of their duties or failure to comply with the Code or the instructions of the Operator's authorised persons. The Visitor is obliged to report to the Operator any accidents or injuries that occur to the Visitor during any part of the Event, always without undue delay.

7. The legal representative is entirely responsible and liable for the minor Visitor.

8. Children under 15 are only allowed to enter when accompanied by an adult responsible for them (in the case of organised groups, the responsibility lies with the teacher or other designated supervisor). 

9. Persons under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances are not allowed to enter the Premises. 

10. It is strictly forbidden to handle open flames within the Premises. Additionally, bringing any firearms, cutting and stabbing weapons, explosives of any kind, incendiary and otherwise dangerous substances or objects capable of causing damage to property and health of people is prohibited.

11. As the Operator does not generally ensure the storage of Visitors' belongings during Events, the Operator shall not be liable to the Visitor for any loss, destruction or damage to the Visitor's belongings that occurs on the Premises. 

12. Visitors are forbidden to touch products in the production process and exhibits on display (this does not apply to exhibits marked with the symbol of an uncrossed hand). In case of damage to the Operator's property, the respective Visitor must compensate the Operator for the damage caused. 

13. Dogs with muzzles are allowed to enter the Operator's Premises only on a leash or in a carrier bag. The Visitor entering the Premises with a dog is responsible for any damages caused by the dog.

14. Photography and video recording on the Operator's Premises for private purposes is permitted; in indoor Premises without flash only. In exceptional cases, the Operator may issue a ban on photography and videography, primarily to ensure commercial confidentiality.

15. Consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages is permitted only in the outdoor areas of the Premises or in the indoor areas designated for this purpose for a specific Event. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is only possible in cases where they are provided directly by the Operator or a third party designated by the Operator in the context of Special Events.

16. The Operator's guides are only authorised to provide professional information within the officially published data. In the case of complex technical questions from Visitors, the guide will forward a record of the question together with the contact details of the questioner to the relevant professional staff for handling. 

17. By visiting the Premises, the Visitor acknowledges and agrees to the taking of audio and visual recordings for the purposes of the Operator and also to the appropriate publication of these recordings in the usual manner, such as on the Operator's website, in the Operator's promotional materials, in the Operator's profiles on social networks, and so on. Any objections to the provision mentioned above must be notified immediately to the record keeper or additionally to: exkurze@ruckl.cz  

18. Visitors can indicate their comments, suggestions or objections in the satisfaction questionnaire available in the shop. Leaving an e-mail contact for a possible response from the Operator is appreciated.

In case of a gross violation of the Code, the Operator reserves the right to ask the Visitor to leave the Premises. Other matters not expressly covered by this Code are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. 

This Code shall come into force on 1 June 2023, and the existing Code shall be abolished at the same time.
